Correct. In the live event settings the "Everyone in the organisation" also include Guest users! "Everyone in the organization Users can create live events that people in your organization, including guest users added to your organization, can attend." https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-live-events/set-up-for-teams-live-events

A little more context: "Everyone in the organization Users can create live events that people in your organization, including guest users added to your organization, can attend. Users can't create live events that are attended by anonymous users."

Right: * Live Events Scheduling: Turning this on lets users in your organization create and schedule live events in Teams. * Who can join scheduled live events: People in my organization Users can create live events that people in your organization, including guest users added to your organization, can attend.

I agree with the answer but answer two is really poor choice of wording. You need to be a licensed user to schedule the event don't you? An Azure AD user doesn't necessarily have a license, as Azure in and of itself is free.

Correct. Everyone in the organization Users can create live events that people in your organization, including guest users added to your organization, can attend. Users can't create live events that are attended by anonymous users. This setting enables the Org-wide permission type in Teams when a user schedules a live event.

Sorry, if you change Who can join a schedule meeting to "Everyone" then anonymous users can join a meeting as well. No need to Org-Wide permission
