In the screenshot, App Permission policies, Global, third party apps are already set to "Allow specific apps and block all others", and the Who app is added, so it is not the app permission policy. The question states: "Users report that they can view the list of available third-party apps from the Microsoft Teams client" Key word, they can "view" them I think we are looking at the Pinned apps, in the global app setup policy. (2nd area that needs configured) https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-app-setup-policies C is correct

Correct answer is A. After adding Allowed apps under Third Party apps, go to "Org-wide app settings" then turn off "Allowed third-party apps". This will block all third party apps except the app that was allowed under "App permission policies" > "Third-party apps". Now, users can see the allowed third party app ONLY in the teams client and install it.

Selected Answer: C
The **global app permission policy** and the **global app setup policy** in Microsoft Teams serve different purposes: - **Global App Permission Policy**: This policy controls what apps are available to users. By modifying this policy, you can specify which apps (including third-party and custom apps) users are allowed to install and interact with in Microsoft Teams. If an app is not included in this policy, users won't be able to see it or use it. - **Global App Setup Policy**: This policy controls which apps are pinned to the app bar in Teams and in what order they appear. By modifying this policy, you can customize the user's navigation experience in Teams by pinning specific apps to the app bar. In summary, the app permission policy controls **what apps users can use**, while the app setup policy controls **how apps are displayed** to users in Teams.

I think the Answer A is correct. question says what should you modify. If we see the screenshot, we are already on Org-wide settings page. So, the correct answer will be "A"

Selected Answer: B
B. the global app permission policy. To ensure that only the Who app is visible in Microsoft Teams, it's necessary to disable the permission for all third-party apps. This can be done through the global app permission policy in the Microsoft Teams admin center.

Selected Answer: C
To set up a custom app setup policy for the Who app and apply it to the global app setup policy, you can use the Microsoft Teams PowerShell module and run the command: New-CsTeamsAppSetupPolicy -Identity "Global" -Apps "Who" This command creates a new app setup policy named "Global" that allows only the app "Who" and applies it to the global app setup policy.

Org-wide app settings is not a category in the Teams AC You can use the global (=Org-wide default) permission policy or create and assign custom permission policies.

Org-wide app settings override the global policy and any custom policies that you create and assign to users. So we need to change the visibility in the app setup policy. Answer is C.

Am I missing something? The question states "You need to ensure that the Who app is the only visible app from the Microsoft Teams client.". Doesn't this mean what apps are pinned to Teams? I don't think it has anything to do with what 3rd party apps are available or not. If this is the case then answer is C.

I tried every option possible to hide 3rd party apps and It's not possible. Org-wide app settings - will hide all apps regardless of apps that are allowed in permission policies Permission policies doesn't impact viewing of 3rd party apps, only what is allowed to be installed or blocked which will produce an error if it's blocked. It has to be C regarding the apps pinned to the client.

The Third party apps will still be visible because they are listed/allowed in the Org-Wide app settings. This is under the "Manage Apps" section. All third party apps has to be blocked here. Correct answer is A

If you blocked all third party apps in the Org-wide app settings, I think the "Who" app will be blocked as well because Org-wide setting > permission and setup policy setting. Is it correct?

I think that "Org-wide app settings" is ALLOWING all 3rd party apps to be shown to users. Org-wide app settings (has been set to allow all 3rd party apps) overrides Global app settings (has been set to only allow the 'Who' 3rd-party app).
