No idea why two mailbox databases on each server are needed, otherwise B is an obviously best answer.

The need for two databases was illuminated to me by a question further down, but essentially it is because of this technical requirement - "The mailboxes of managers must be backed up twice daily. All other mailboxes must be backed up weekly."

B is the only answer that contains "create copies on other servers" which is a DR requirement.
