ANS:C Sharepoint Folder is used when you want to import a file (excel, csv..etc) Sharepoint lists is some sort of data fortmat that you create directly in sharepoint (dataset) and you want to import. its not a file https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XuLnSYjmsJo
