On a closer look, it says " enrolled in mobile device management (MDM)", it is not saying intune.

I believe its A, you can make the app " required " which will be installed on all devices / group.

You're right. And there is absolutely nothing on the link provided that talks about Azure AD enterprise app. These wrong answers kill me.

A is the correct answer. You cannot deploy the app via AZURE Enterprise applications as this is not in AZURE AD Gallery.
