It says "Personal Calendar" so I believe Windows 10 Enterprise as you don't need to share.

Send emails: Exchange Autor documents: sharepoint Hold video conferences: Teams Register devices: Enterprise Mobility View PERSONAL calendar: OUTLOOK (you can add your own calendar in a separated PST), but EXCHANGE is not for that... right? anyway the closest option is Exchange... Tricky question

Current. Note that Teams also can do this (should be correct also): Author a document at the same time as someone else and use document versioning.

Teams is a mix of muliple services supporting it from backend. Storing files in Teams is SHAREPOINT and Teams Calender coming from Exchange Online, Teams groups coming from O365. NOT Teams specific feature

If you have Microsoft 365 or another email service based on Microsoft Exchange Online, use Outlook on the web to share your calendar with people inside or outside your organization. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-your-calendar-in-outlook-on-the-web-7ecef8ae-139c-40d9-bae2-a23977ee58d5

5th row: Teams can view personal calendar too, why must be Exchange Online?

I think that is because, you need Exchange online to be able to view Calendars in Teams.
