This setting has been depricated: Customers should use Filter for devices condition in Conditional Access to satisfy scenarios, previously achieved using device state (preview) condition. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/conditional-access/concept-conditional-access-conditions#device-state-preview
