this answer is wrong because of the definition of entitlement : Entitlements: An entitlement is the actual agreement that defines the specific support details that are provided to the customer. A typical entitlement defines the specific coverage period, the allotment types/terms, the supported channels, and the products that are covered. i agree entirely that the answer on entitlement is incorrect should be as suggested by the comments here ie level and terms of support that are specific to a customer eg 15 phone calls over a specified time frame
