Each one of the tasks is the name of a duty so it should be the same answer for all 3 - which you would do through the sec config form (I wish it wouldn't call these things tools when that's not how they are referred to in the system)

I disagree for processes, you use a Security recording tool task recorder to fish out all roles required for a process. Security permission is just for a specific action like approve invoice. Process = Multiple security permissions or roles. Action = Singular security permission
