The answer is correct in my opinnion. My understanding: On exams you must always pick THE BEST answer, which solves the issue with minimal effort. Technically, we do not have to separate Sales and Administration into two Areas (Groups would be enough). That is why Administration equals Group and Sales would equal Group as well. Then, "Group names appear as a navigation element in an app with the subarea names within the group listed beneath it". Sales log and Customers are below Sales which is a Group, so Subarea is the only answer for them. SOURCE: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/model-driven-apps/app-navigation

It can be Area, Group , Group too. It make sense to split Sale and Account into different Areas.

I think because we can tell that Customers, Users, Roles etc. are the table names, and because only tables can be a sub-area, we can conclude the answers are Group+Subarea

No, I think the answer is correct. This guy explains apps really well. Look under the section 'model-driven app': https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lbPHM-MiEUA&ab_channel=JohnSavill%27sTechnicalTraining
