To be able to detect these documents in order to protect these files we need to first of create a sensitive info type and regex to detect the files

I don't understand why this can't be a DLP policy. If it's asking for detection and protection DLP to me looks to be the only one to fit that protection requirement. Unless I'm reading into this differently. Not sure why this would require you to create a new sensitive info type since its looking for SWIFT codes and credit card numbers both of these are available as built in sensitive info types already.

To detect the sensitiv confidential (999) data in the 10 digit code, you must first make a sensitive information type with the method regular expression.

it has to be keywords, as "confidential research department documents were leaked". Thus keywords
