D is Correct. Key is that selected users should get access. A - incorrect because app cannot be pushed from admin center B - incorrect because we need to think from the action perspective of admin, App is not yet deployed + selected users who finish the training should get the access, none other C - incorrect because nothing can be INSTALLED from personal settings area. E - incorrect as it does not allow selecting users https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/outlook-app/v8/deploy-dynamics-365-app-for-outlook#main

It's another strange question. It can be D and E as well. At https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/outlook-app/v8/deploy-dynamics-365-app-for-outlook it says: 4 - Do one of the following: ☺To push the app to all eligible users, click Add App for All Eligible Users. ☺To push the app to certain users, select those users in the list, and then click Add App to Outlook. If you think that only users that received the training must have the app and NOT ALL USERS RECEIVED the training, so its D, because you have to select users by yourself. if your understood is that all eligible users received the training an then all of them needs the access to the app so E is the right answer So, you have to think what does MS wanted to say by "after users have received training"

Again this is an "it depends" and vague question. It says you've set up Server Side Sync already. The question is: did you just set up the server profile and default sync settings for new users, OR did you also ensure everyone is set to server side sync and test & enable their mailboxes already. If the former, then E is correct, and you can just Test & Enable the users that receive training, and they would get App for Outlook at that time automatically. However, I think the implication is that you've done the full set up already including enabling user mailboxes, in which case D is correct. I think. I wish questions could not be this ambiguous!

Ah I get it.. I actually thought it was E as well. BUT you need to only roll out to SELECT few users who have received training. So, it shouldn't automatically rolled out (not E), it shouldn't even be manually rolled out to elligible users (so not A). The answer is D! Because you need to select the TRAINED users one by one and push only for them.

To push the app to all eligible users, click Add App for All Eligible Users. To push the app to certain users, select those users in the list, and then click Add App to Outlook. So correct answer is E

I think that the correct answer is C. Have users install themselves from the personal Settings area. The key here is the "personal Settings area".

As Suchi noted below, that's not where you install from. You install by going to the cog (which is Personal OPTIONS not Personal Settings) and selecting Apps for Dynamics 365 I'm 99% sure C is not correct.

Is D correct? What about B?

B actually is a possibility as well, in the real world. You could just tell each user at the end of their training to go to the cog and click Apps for Dynamics 365 to get it. But the way the question is worded, it sounds like they want the administrator to take care of the installation instead, rather than coaching the users through the process. In that case, the correct answer is either D or E (see my reply to Feminho below for more details). I'm pretty sure they are looking for D in this question. But could be wrong.
