Right. According to MS “ Teams, Forms, and Planner licenses are required to use Advisor for Teams. However, you don't have to be a Teams admin to use Advisor for Teams - anybody in your organization can use it. ” https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/use-advisor-teams-roll-out

Answer is correct When creating a Deployment team for Chat, Teams, Channels and apps tasks are created so they can be assigned to that deployment team. Forms can then also be used to create survey's for user feedback
