I just took the exam today 8/19/2022. The main keywords of on these questions "Speech Service and Text Analytics" are now replaced by "Language Service". So I got confused but still answered all Y/Y/Y. And I still passed the exam with score of 916/1000.

In ML Conventional terminology the the third should be NO . Speech STT transcribes speech into text , but Translation is then using NLP Translator which is a text-processing ML, then TTS to convert the translated text to speech again. in AZURE ML terminology it's considered YES , since there is already a speech service that makes reak time speech translation , but should pass implicitely to a text Translator in the middle . Speech to speech translator without converting to text in the between is still an area of research .
