Team admin centre -> manage apps->select app that needs to be blocked. D is correct

I might be wrong, but... it saies that all apps "from the publisher" should be blocked. This implies that a block should be put on the publisher name/ID in order to hinder further apps from this publisher. Under manage apps one can only block specific apps. The other possible answers are no good, so it is probably the correct/best answer.

You can filter by Publisher, then manually disable the apps under that publisher. I did it and was easy to disable apps based on the publisher

I agree. Permission policy allows you to accomplish the same, but it's not as easy as manage apps. Although you can still filter based on publisher in permission policy. Messing around with permission policies could get messy if you have a complex environment. That's why manage apps is easier and at a global level.

correct answer is D, you can block the apps directly from the list. you can sort the list by publisher and block all of them at once. When you are managing apps for your organization, you are controlling what apps are available to users in your organization's app store.

I think A and D is correct. D: to block all existing apps from the publisher and A(Org wide app setting): to not allow any new third-party apps published to the store by default - because there could be new apps from the same publisher!

So two answers is at the same location, A&D Org-Wide App Settings is in Manage Apps. You may have to manually disable the apps from the specific publisher. By clicking on the Publisher column name it arranges by publisher. You would then need to select each app under this publisher and block

I might be wrong but in the permission policies setting under the custom apps there is an option to "block specific apps and allow others". That would get the same the job done I think.
