BPM is compatible with the following products: Microsoft Word – You can generate documentation for business processes. Microsoft Visio – You can export business process maps to Visio files. I think that given answer is correct.

I think for second it should be Microsoft Visio. During BPM library creation you can upload the flowchart that you have created in MS Visio.
