Scenario: Butler must greet users by name when they first connect. HeroCard defines a card with a large image, title, text, and action buttons. Incorrect Answers: B: SigninCard defines a card that lets a user sign in to a service. References: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/bot-service/bot-builder-send-welcome-message
The questions asks "Which type of authentication should you use?". I don't think Hero Card has anything to do with authentication, "A hero card is a basic card type that allows you to combine images, text and interactive elements such as buttons in one object and present a mixture of them to the user" (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/composer/how-to-send-cards?tabs=v2x)... The only thing close is Sign In Card, because it can prompt the user to sign in, from where we can get his/her name to greet them... That's what i think at least.
I guess you can add sign in on a hero card as well, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/bot-service/bot-builder-howto-add-media-attachments?view=azure-bot-service-4.0&tabs=csharp#process-events-within-rich-cards
