So, for which one of these...? - Account representatives must be able to see only the relevant customer fields and records automatically from their dashboard. - Account representatives must be able to export the list of customers to Microsoft Excel If for the first, then the answer is correct. If for the second, the last step should be exporting to Excel.

There are many good solution 1) Filter all customer Add to WS as a list Use export to excel 2) Filter All customer Personalize All customer Use export to excel If we need a global solution, than 1st option is better. By the second option we need one more step before the excel export. Save the view and publish.

Only dashboard/workspace can let Customer Rep (customer assigned to each rep.) to centralize customer request and check if new request exit and deal with it in 4 days, otherwise it would go to controller. In the workspace, with personalize form (hide+add fields), manager can export excel file from workspace -collection (view this form) with right click - export all row or marked row to get customer request data as well. my answer is 7-8-4. So, manager can go to customer credit/collect workspace with new added collection (form, I did this as "my view") which is centralized dashboard for daily work. Dump answer is good.

or 4-7-8, can add form to workspace firstly, in workspace-collection view, click option > personalize this form and click - lock, to make this new collection-view form locked for future daily use.

2 - can do from workspace and form by right click grid " export all rows" 3 - only can do in normal form, not in workspace (workspace do not have open to excel button in action pane) 5 add tile is not right. should be list view if take workspace solution. 6 workspaces do not have advanced filter, only normal filter. So, only 1-4-7-8 is ok to select. If 8, then add to workspace button will grey out. my final answer is 4-1-2

Workspace can do section filters. Workspace does not have advanced filter.

I think the answer is right because is related with the first requirement: "Account representatives must be able to see only the relevant customer fields and records automatically from their dashboard".

answer is wrong they want a list of customers exported to excel with specific field which can be done by personalizing the list based on each user needs by adding removing fields "not filters" then export the final list to excel

But filter is required to cover this point Account representatives require an offline list of THEIR CURRENT customers in Excel with only the fields they need. They don't need export ALL customers

what is the reason to add it to workspace? You can just use Export to excel in form
