Answer: A To meet the requirement of implementing conditional access to restrict access to administrative accounts when users authenticate from specific locations, you need to choose the Azure Active Directory Premium P1 license. This license includes the conditional access feature which allows you to control access to resources based on specific conditions, including location. The Azure Active Directory Premium P2 license includes additional advanced identity protection features, but they are not required to meet this specific requirement. The Azure Active Directory Free and Azure Active Directory B2B licenses do not include the conditional access feature.

yup. I agreed. I mean if this is related to an admin account - conditional access, then the correct answer should be P2, since this will need PIM feature which only P2 have!

It looks like its P1 "Many organizations have common access concerns that Conditional Access policies can help with such as: Requiring multi-factor authentication for users with administrative roles" "Using this feature requires an Azure AD Premium P1 license" https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/conditional-access/overview
