Selected Answer: D
This question was in MB-400. So it is an old one. The provided answer is to add a timeout: This option ensures that if the parts department does not respond within a specified time (e.g., one week), the flow can take appropriate action, such as escalating the request or notifying someone else. This addresses the issue of CustomerC not receiving a response within the expected timeframe. While an approval hierarchy could be part of the solution, it does not specifically handle the timeout scenario. What if all employees in the hierarchy are on vacation? We need to define the timeout to solve this problem

Selected Answer: C
I agree with @smwadi that the answer should be C. The manager is currently not available but the requests still need approval. Simply setting a timeout value will not help getting those approvals in this situation

I think C. Part Manager is on sabbatical and Customer has requested information about Part. Approval should go to inline manager in approval heirarchy.
