should be YES YES YES for me how can the third question be NO? if you lose internet you can't login to the cloud to work as you can't access the data on the cloud.

How is accessing cloud easier than accessing company network? Cloud is basically another's company company network - this is unclear.

It says for remote users...... recall this remote users will be using VPN to even access your corporate network which runs off the internet so going directly is a better option

Agreed, it's ambiguous. I'm guessing they mean it's "easier" for a remote user as they do not have to setup a VPN.
