Correct 1 & 3 are backed up using Infrastructure backup. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/learn/modules/plan-configure-business-continuity-disaster-recovery-azure-stack-hub/3-recommend-strategy-infrastructure-backups 2 is backed up by IaaS backup tools. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure-stack/user/azure-stack-manage-vm-protect?view=azs-2008

looks correct 1&3, i.e. RBAC&Quotas = InfraBackup, includes: Internal identity service and root certificate. User plans, offers, subscriptions. Compute, storage, and network user quotas. User Key Vault secrets. User RBAC roles and policies. User storage accounts. 2.OS Disks = VM(IaaS)Backup
