If you go to Teamd Admin Center; Meetings -> Policies -> Global (Org-default) -> Participants&Guest -> Automatically admit people. From there you can select people in my organization and guests.

It is A. “Everyone” includes People in my “Organization and Guests”. It’s an inclusive option. Had they included, “Everyone in the organization and guests”, they both would be correct.

Setting “Everyone” also Forces the “Allow dial-in users to bypass the lobby” to be enabled (grayed out as enabled).

Selected Answer: A

Selected Answer: B
I’d go for B, as A is “Everyone” meaning that it opens the door for Anonymous and External too, which is way far as what is requested here, while B is “People in my organization” includes literally (MS said) *People in my organization and guests*.

The question wording is tricky, it said USERS reports, it didn't specify Participants within the organization or Guests. So option A is the common sense Answer as it said "Everyone" which include participant and Guests. if Option B then it would be limited to Everyone in the organization in my view it means Participant. I go for the safe wording and choose A.

The correct one is B, reason here https://docs.microsoft.com/es-es/microsoftteams/teams-live-events/set-up-for-teams-live-events Everyone in your organization also includes guest users, it's true link talk about live events but has no sense a setting has different uses depending the scenario. So it means B is ok.

What's the difference between A and B? Or to be more precise my question is this "organization setting" meaning in B? Because besides that they're literally the same answer....

A is correct, but the option is now called "Automatically admit people"

I am not so sure of answer A) The question states "guest" users which mean that they are part of the organization in Azure AD and therefore B) will automatically admin only guests and not external users.

Guests in this case means the external users people in your organizations invite. It does not refer to Guest User as account you have allowed to access in your tenant. It's always tricky to deal with Microsoft naming...

I cannot really argue that, maybe you are right, although as you suggest outside the organization should be "external users". MS has really issues with naming...
