The Answer Should be B. The Exchange Online SaaS offering allows for the current on premises Exchange server to be retired and the email service moved to the cloud reducing server and application maintenance. You will no longer have to Configure or maintain the Operating system of the server or update the Exchange Application software. You move from a CAPEX to a OPEX model no longer requiring your own data center equipment or Software licenses for Microsoft server and Exchange Server to host email services.

Guys the answer is A . Listen " You have been tasked with identifying a cloud model that allows for the current email environment to be upgraded, while also reducing server and application maintenance." It says Upgraded not migrated. In this instance they are talking Hybrid and Server Maintenance is IAAS.
