Question states: "for worker to install as SOON as it becomes available." Doesn't say what kind of worker. Clearly A

A is suggesting that the sentence is correct 'Targeted release' so no additional config is required. If you meant 'Standard Release' is the answer, then it would be B.

Answer is: A The underlined segment states that subscribing to the Targeted release channel will ensure that workers can install new Microsoft Word features as soon as they become available. This statement is accurate. The Targeted release channel is a program that allows users to access new features in Microsoft 365 applications before they are released to the general public. By subscribing to this channel, users can test new features and provide feedback to Microsoft before they are released to everyone. Therefore, if a company wants its workers to have access to new Word features as soon as they become available, subscribing to the Targeted release channel is a good option.

B. Standard release: This is the default update channel for Microsoft 365 and it includes all new features and updates that have been tested and validated by Microsoft. C. Semi-annual: This is a slower update channel that releases new features and updates every six months. It's intended for organizations that want to adopt new features more slowly and have more time to test them. D. Annual: This is the slowest update channel, with new features and updates released once a year. It's intended for organizations that prioritize stability and do not want to adopt new features quickly.

This is a very bad question... It is about "install" and "word", which means that it is not about release preferences which everybody seems to think. It is about Micosoft 365 installation options. In Microsoft 365 installation options there is no Targeted release, and no standard release. We should choose between "Current Channel" and "Current Channel (Preview)" As none of the answers is correct, I guess one should pretend that they are asking about updates to Onedrive or the admin center and answer according to that. And the answer would then be Targeted (No change)

The big elephant in the room here is that we don't know if Word here relates to Office for the web or M365. As already mentioned below, Targeted Updates does not relate to M365 Apps except those specifically mentioned OneDrive for Business, Office for the Web etc.. In the Admin Center where we set TargetedRelease, it says: This setting doesn't affect how ‎Microsoft 365‎ apps, such as ‎Word‎ and ‎Excel‎, get new features and updates. To choose when ‎Microsoft 365‎ apps get new features and updates go to ‎Microsoft 365‎ installation options. So we don't really have the required information

Answer A: Targeted release With this option, you and your users can be the first to see the latest updates and help shape the product by providing early feedback. You can choose to have individuals or the entire organization receive updates early. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/manage/release-options-in-office-365?view=o365-worldwide

I would say no adjusment required and that targeted release hier is the correct answer and the reason behind this is that in the question is saying that that the workers shall receive the updates as soon as possible so that means that it should be targeted release in this case. as for standard release it shall take longer

respuesta correcta es B Standard release, they'll get the update as soon as it's broadly available. Targeted is for Pr0s and not a "worker" https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/manage/release-options-in-office-365?view=o365- worldwide
