Guys come on here. EA's have requirements and processes that need to take place in order to enroll. You can't just simply click a button that says buy here for EA. There are minimum commitments and 3 year terms. Since we have no information about number of users, we need assume that purchasing from direct Microsoft using credit card is the best option. Just because the license has Enterprise in the name doesn't mean you have to buy through EA only. Any M365 E1/3/5 license can be purchased using credit card.

I would say A is the correct answer only because it's the right thing to do and what I would expect businesses to be using.
