Scenario: Move the existing product blueprint files to Azure storage. Ensure that the blueprint files are stored in the archive storage tier Use unmanaged standard storage for the hard disks of the virtual machines. Based on the above scenario points, Contoso needs an Azure blob storage account that supports archive storage tier, can upload files and store unmanaged disks. Answer is correct

correct. Point 3 - can be confusing as the question talks about blueprint files. But Archive tier is only for blob, so no.

Answer appears to be correct. This was also on AZ-104. The only requirement is for blob storage - Y, N, N
