The inspection can be completed without internet, it is just without the internet you will not be able to see if the inspection is completed until the guy is connected. I am writing this down because i thought it could not be completed without the internet in the end to make the status to complete. I am sure this will help individuals that think weird like me. The answers are correct :p

Yes it is. Offline support: Technicians can view and fill out inspections on their mobile phones or tablets without internet access. Answers are synced when connectivity is restored (cellular or WiFi).
