At the top of the Teams upgrade page, modify the following options as desired. - Set the Coexistence mode. -- Set whether to Download the Teams app in the background for Skype for Business users. This setting silently downloads the Teams app for users running Skype for Business on Windows. It is honored only if coexistence mode for the user is Teams only or if notifications of pending upgrade are enabled in Skype for Business.

Seems to be outdated. Coexisting mode is no longer available as far as I know. Settings say "Some of these settings for your organization have been set by Microsoft and can't be changed"

Answer is correct, option A. You can configure the Teams migration/Installation in the Microsoft Teams admin Center in configure the Teams upgrade. You have several option here in coexistence mode (Islands, SfB only, SfB with Teams collaboration, SfB With Teams collaboration and meetings, Teams only).
