You have an IP Address Management (IPAM) server named IPAM1 that runs Windows Server 2016. IPAM1 manages all of the DHCP servers on your network.
You are troubleshooting an issue for a client that fails to receive an IP address from DHCP.
You need to ensure that from IPAM1, you can view all of the event data for the DHCP leases from the last 24 hours.
Solution: From Task Scheduler, you run the Microsoft\Windows\IPAM\Audit task.
Does this meet the goal?

I think will be YES. We can get information in IPAM with retrieve data from server. If we dont retrive data from server, automatically every 24 hours system execute the task Audit (retrieve events operations). So, we can get retrieve update information from two ways: retrive data from server in node IPAM or execute task Audit from server with IPAM installed (Microsoft\Windows\IPAM\Audit).

It says all of the event data and the one for Audit says "Collects DHCP and IPAM server operational events. Also collects events from domain controllers, NPS, and DHCP servers for IP address tracking." So this one will get all Event Data so should be Yes imo.

The audit will show successful leases but does not allow you to view "ALL of the event data for the DHCP leases". For this you would use Server Manager > Retrieve Event Catalog Data.

I think the correct answer is A (YES). C.f.r.: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2012-R2-and-2012/jj878342(v=ws.11)?redirectedfrom=MSDN The Audit task default frequency is set to 24 hours.

I also go with Yes; description of "audit task" in task manager says:"Collects DHCP and IPAM server operational events. Also collects events from domain controllers, NPS, and DHCP servers for IP address tracking."
