I assume scalability is for a hybrid, privacy is all for the private cloud.

As per my understanding - 1. no maintenance - public - maintenance is managed by service provider considering the applicable infrastructure and resource for each of the IaaS, PaaS and SaaS 2. manual scalability - private - scaling infrastructure and resources is managed by service consumer 3. improved security - hybrid - moving to hybrid cloud and its inherent security feature would be an improvement to the existing security framework and architecture on-premise.

I answered: No maintenance: public Improved security: private I believe manual scalability needs more clarification since you can manually scale in both on-premise and cloud environments.
