Since we are creating an instant flow; 1. add trigger 2. add new step to the flow 3. select the connector and actions to send a text notification 4. set the actions properties 5. save the flow

Examtopic states that all questions and answered are "reviewed, validated, and verified by the best exam specialists". I seriously wonder if those specialists have passed the exams themselves.

Correct me if I am wrong but if you crate a new flow the correct order is add trigger , add new step etc. IF you want to edit though an existing flow and add this functionality you have to create a new step and then add a trigger. On the question it appears that you create a new flow so logically add a trigger must be the first step.

I think the answer is based on the operation windows of new instant flow, the first button on the bottom is "+New step", so for me the answer is correct.

adding trigger should be the first step then the rest steps are in the correct order.
