Note: Some terminology has changed. Entity is now Table. If you’re building a Canvas app, you must use table (entity) as the scope.

Must be B - No, it does not. The article (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/data-platform/data-platform-create-business-rule) even states, "If you're building a Canvas app, you must use table as the scope."
