Answers are correct. I'm seeing people on this thread saying its Power BI but if you look at the question there is no mention about visualization or reports and also there is no mention about Chatbot on Power BI. Don't be confused given answers are correct!

A and E should be correct. First of all FB is one of the standard functionalities for PVA bots. Secondly, PVA bots can be integrated ("used with") Azure Bot Framework. And honestly, there is no real use of having a chatbot in a Power BI report or similar if you want to communicate with your CUSTOMERS (read the question).

With BOT framework you will yes create the bot, but not use it.
