The questions is not asking if LCID IS BEING USED to do something, it says "IT CAN" and yeap, it CAN be used to display different tooltips for different languages so it's Yes NNY

3. No. LCID isn't being used anywhere in the script to determine which tooltip being used. So NNN.

Should be No No No... In this code the Tooltip is set to a fixed value and not LCID dependend

But it says "CAN be used" and yes, you can use it to display different Tooltips for different languages here.

I know the LCID is passed a parameter but where does it show that it is being used to generate the tooltip ??
