Answer is correct, option B "Configure Information Barriers" With Information barriers you can define policies that are designed to prevent certain segments of users from communicating with each other or allow specific segments to communicate only with certain other segments. When you define policies for information barriers, you will work with user account attributes such as department. With this you can prevent unauthorized collaboration.

Am unsure or do not feel good about option B being the correct response. The slightly reworded question is "constrain the users of the Research department to use only the Teams app to communicate with their colleagues in the Research department". It's not asking them to stop communicating with other departments.
