This question could be confusing considering that we have two options to get client logs. One is clicking the MS Teams icon in the system tray and select "Get logs" (this works for MacOS and Windows). In another hand we have the option to press (in windows) CTRL + Alt + Shift + 1. (In MacOS) Option + Command + Shift + 1. In the question is not specifiying the Teams in the icon system try and either the operative system. In my opinion both answer A and B should be correct. I have to choose one, I will select the A, because the exam is for an MS Teams admin role which means you know more details to get the information.

Desktop and media logs are required only by MS support. These 2 requires getting logs through system tray MS Teams icon. Debug is gotten through the keyboard combinations

Yes, there are two ways. But the specifically asked to view "debug logs". So the keyboards shortcut is most appropriate answer.

A and B seem to do the exact same thing. Exact same log files are generated.

A and B literally do they exact same thing. I just tested this, and both methods download a folder named MSTeams Diagnostics Log with the date and time. The folder contains three folders named Desktop, Meeting, Web. They all contain the exact same files.. We all can test this within 2 minutes ourselves if you have Teams installed.

Selected Answer: A
Now this one got me, but as the wording "Get Logs" is wrong here when using right click on the Teams tray icon, answer "A" seems to be the best choice.

The Answer is A because the wording in Answer B should be clicking the MS Teams icon in the system tray and select "Collect Support files"

As per Microsoft "To collect logs for Browser and Windows: Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + Shift + 1". It doesn't work for me. Rather clicking on Teams icon and click on "Get Logs" works. The files will be available in %userprofile%\Downloads
