Given Answer ist completly wrong :) It's NO , NO , NO Why: Acording to my Lab the Entrys in the Folder Redirections list are process form top to bottom. First Match is applied. So User1 is Member of Group1 and Group2. But First Entry in List is Group2 -> this one is applied an user is redirected to share2. So first is NO When you Add User1 to group3, the entry for group2 is still the first and will still be applied -> second NO User2 is in OU2 but GPO is only linked to OU1 So this GPO and also the folder redirection will no apply.

Folder redirection is a user setting and User2 does not receive the GPO1 as it is linked to OU1. Last option is NO.

Entries in the Folder Redirections list are processed form top to bottom. First Match is applied, then stop processing. User1 is Member of Group1 and Group2. Matches with First Entry in List is Group2 -> this one is applied and user is redirected to share2. So first is NO User1 is in group 1+2+3, the entry for group2 is at top. It will match and will be applied -> second NO User2 is in OU2 but GPO is only linked to OU1 So this GPO and thus the folder redirection will not apply.

Since user1 is in both groups 1 and 2, how is it decided to which share they will be redirected to?
