Advanced filter and filter pane is same and it is multi column filter. Grid column is multi column filter but Quick filter is single column filter. Answer is BCD.

All can be use to save the filters and the last three can be used for multiple columns... so what two could be the one microsoft wants ?

Answer is B/C A is for single column, D is for inner join

I think it's C and D B is from ax2012 but can also be used A is single column filtering

Reusable : advanced filtering, By default ... columns : can be both quick filters or grid column filtering, it does not mention filters should be displayed on top then grid columns it can be.. tricky..

I believe it is B and C. It must be reusable.
