Same example is given directly in the site: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/data-entities/integration-overview Refer to the section "Typical scenarios and patterns that use OData integrations". Answer is A only.

Data doesn´t change frequently, meaning that near real experience is not needed. Batch Data API is best suitable, configure the batch to run by EOD, once a week or twice a week, depending on the requirements.

A, because the data needs to be updated in D365 in near real time when it does change, so we can't wait for the batch data API to kick in.
