You're wrong my friend, for Windows 10 just chose "without enrollment" and it will work on any Win10 device because is applied to the app by MAM. Answer is C.3.

You don't need to create 2 policies for Windows 10. Just chose "without enrollment" and you are good to go.

I agree answer should be B, 2 policies, not sure why everyone is voting C or D, it states in the link that App Protection Policies supported for iOS and Android, no mention of Windows

This question may be out of date - there is no longer an option to use WIP without enrollment, thus the answer should be 3 (Android + iOS + WIP)

B or C are both correct. The answer depends on whether you consider the WIP policy an app protection policy. Microsoft says in several places that app protection policies are only supported by Android and iOS while for Windows it says to use WIP or MIP. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/app-protection-policy#supported-platforms-for-app-protection-policies https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/app-management#app-management-capabilities-by-platform

The question is messed up as traditional app protection is just android IOS but if you consider WIP app protection policy (which you should) it becomes 3. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/app-protection-policies-configure-windows-10

App protection policies in Intune I tried to create a one, only 3 types, one for iOS/iPadOS, one for Android, one for Windows Information Protection. So answer is D, 3 policies.

One policy is needed for the mobile OSes (Android and iOS) and one for Windows. The fact the the device is managed by Inune or not is irellevant for the newest iteration of Intune.

I think its 2 because WIP is never mentioned. App protection policies for iOS/iPadOS and Android apps When you create an app protection policy for iOS/iPadOS and Android apps, you follow a modern Intune process flow that results in a new app protection policy. For information about creating app protection policies for Windows apps, see Create and deploy Windows Information Protection (WIP) policy with Intune.
