This one will be A I think UE-V will still sync 1GB of data, with "redirection" login or logoff process wil not sync any data only where it can be found

Okay, that is exactly why lijk_manson said the solution should not be Roaming: It takes a lot to sync. A is the answer.

I just dealt with this problem in my company. Some users have huge profiles, 3 or 4GB. It took 20 or 30 minutes just to sign in. I solved this with A. Folder Redirection. Now it takes seconds. UE-V is just for settings, not files. It wont solve the problem.

UE-V = Customizable Windows settings include Microsoft Store appearance, language, background picture, font size, and accent colors. Customizable application settings include language, appearance, behavior, and user interface options thus, UE-V will capture user-customized Windows and application settings and store them on a centrally managed network file share, not user profile Data. Folder Redirection, Offline Files, and Roaming User Profiles = Administrators can use Folder Redirection, Offline Files, and Roaming User Profiles to centralize storage for user data and settings and to provide users with the ability to access their data while offline or in the event of a network or server outage.. Correct answer is A - Folder Redirection. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/folder-redirection/folder-redirection-rup-overview

D seems to be correct if you want to speed up combined with roaming profiles. https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/0d530a62-7f24-4dd8-972e-fbfa04bf58e0/roaming-profile-vs-uev-user-experience-virtualization?forum=mdopuev
