Right answer In this coexistence mode, called Islands, each of the client applications operates as a separate island. Skype for Business talks to Skype for Business, and Teams talks to Teams. Users are expected to run both clients at all times and can communicate natively in the client from which the communication was started

Selected Answer: B
B is the best option as changing the coexistence mode to Teams only ensures all users are using Teams as the single platform for collaboration, preventing any missed chat messages between users.

yes, B would be the best in the ideal environment but since have 3 months to migrate everyone over (maybe everyone isn't ready to migrate over fully yet) and the coexistence mode is already set to islands (run both programs simultaneously). You will need to have both programs installed.

This is the situation for the environment I currently work in, we need to keep both apps active.

Fricked up question. I would be inclined to D as the focus is on Chat messages. SFB doesn't have "Collaboration". Collaboration is a Teams term. both C and D are technically correct, but anyone with real world experience would have set the SFB with Teams Collab at the beginning, once released to the wild, good luck getting anything turned off or clawed back, thus would have to go with C.
