Answer provided is correct. There are only two options that are correct. There are only two options that are correct. Either all IT users sign up for Microsoft Insider, or an admin sets update preferecne to Targeted release for selected users

lets be pedantic, only '..update preference to Targeted release for selected users..' is the correct answer since Q says '..making sure that the IT department users (can) obtain..' no need Instruct them

Remember that there are 2 settings to SEPERATE control Office365 and Microsoft 365 Apps. Answer seems like you both set the O365 update AND the Office Apps though not from the Admin Portal.

It's just for the IT dept in the organization, so it must be targeted updated or requested! so the answer is correct
