1.Stage the aggregate data for use by the reports: Power BI desktop client 2.Set the data source to use direct query: Power BI desktop client. 3.Publish the new reports to the production environment: Lifecycle services. 4.Configure the data refresh rate for periodic updating: Dynamics 365 system administration settings.

I think it should be: 1) Power BI desktop client (as you need to work with the information to build the reports) 2) Power BI desktop client (needed to use the DirectQuery) 3) Lifecycle Service (because you're going to display the report in D365, the .pbix report has to be uploaded in LCS as the out of the box solutions) 4) Dynamics 365 (in the Entity Store form you can configure the periodic updating for the report)
