NO NO YES. Decimal is a numeric type, one of many. Decimal must contain whole and fractional parts. But since Numeric also contains Integer types, that are whole, there is no premise that Numeric type has to contain only numbers with decimal places. They can, as one type, but don't have to.

The answer should be NO,NO, Yes.SQL server has four types of data types; String, Numeric, date and time & Other. Int is just a subcategory of Numeric
