It's B. With app permission policies, Teams admin control what apps are available to each user in their organizationhttps://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/app-policies

Sorry, it's D. After reading the question again, they only want to make this app visible in Teams. By default all apps are available and using a setup policy you can make visible in the Teams client (making it easier for the users to find it)

Selected Answer: D
Configurar uma política de permissão de aplicativo do Teams personalizada (opção B) não é necessário, pois os usuários do departamento de Marketing já possuem a licença do Microsoft 365 E3, que inclui o Microsoft Bookings.

D is correct. Per default, all apps are allowed in a tennant. I read nothing about only certain apps being allowed, so i only have do "add the Bookings app". And for this, you havt to configure the app Setup policy

The Teams admin center states "App permission policies control what apps you want to make available to Teams users in your organization." So It cannot be D.

Selected Answer: B
B) Before to add an app into a setup policy you need to add the same app into a Teams app Permission policy, else the setup policy wont work. So setup policy is an extra and in consequence "B" is the right choice

Why not B+D? I'd say that you still need to make sure that Bookings is permitted and then add the setup policy for the users.

D is correct. B IS NOT correct. TAC -> Teams apps -> setup policy -> create new policy and add bookings from the list. Then manage the users and assign to marketing only
