To retrain a trainable classifier you can easily do this through Content Explorer found under the same tab as you can find Trainable Classifier, under Data Classification.

It's a manual process. In Content Explorer, look at items which were considered a match for a trainable classifier and provide feedback by clicking "Not a Match" or "Match". After 30 instances of feedback are submitted, the system will automatically retrain the classifier.
