Making retention labels available to people in your organization so that they can classify content is a two-step process: Create the retention labels. Publish the retention labels by using a retention label policy.

If it's A then this is a trick question, as creating a new one doesn't make *this* label available

I don't think it's a trick, The question text says you've created the LABEL, but choice "A" talks about creating a new label POLICY. Two separate things, both required. So I think "A" is correct.

Yeah seems logical, you have created a label but no policy. Without the policy the label is not assigned to anyone and won't show up for end users. Create the label policy and assign the label for users to use it. No tricks here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/create-apply-retention-labels?view=o365-worldwide Making retention labels available to people in your organization so that they can classify content is a two-step process: Create the retention labels. 'You need to ensure that Retention1 is available to all the users.' Surely that makes it Option D? as it's not asking you to create a new policy but make the current one available to all..

Answer A is correct. When I look at this, It has the Back, Create this label, and Cancel buttons at the bottom of the screen, so at this point it isn't created yet. Hence A. Create a new label policy.

File plan descriptors support additional and optional information for each label. You don't assign this to a group of users. So the only options that is left is A.

Should be C. Modify the Business function/department, it's currently assigned only to Legal group.
