Common Data Management is not even a Dynamics term. Perhaps they refer to Common Data model but that's not the solution here.

I think key is that they are speaking about "standarize item creation". To do that, you need to create templates in each company to reflect required setup, and use it when create new items. Then, I think D is correct

Agreed. A is the correct answer. You create a product and release to both LE follow by maintaining Storage dimension (1 for WMS/ The other non -WMS).
